Terms and conditions for using Arora Guest House services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Arora Guest House, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking & Reservations

Reservation Process:
  • All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment or valid credit card details
  • Reservations are held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations that appear to be fraudulent
Payment Terms:
  • Full payment is required at check-in for cash bookings
  • Credit card bookings require valid card details as security
  • All taxes and service charges are additional

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Procedure:
  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in may be available subject to room availability
  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Check-out Procedure:
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may be arranged with additional charges
  • Please settle all outstanding payments before departure

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges:
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before check-in
  • 24-48 hours: 50% of booking amount
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% of booking amount (No refund)
  • No-show: 100% of booking amount
Refund Process:
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Bank charges may apply for international transactions

5. Guest Responsibilities

General Rules:
  • Guests must respect other guests and hotel property
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings
  • Any damage to property will be charged to the guest
Prohibited Activities:
  • Smoking in non-designated areas
  • Bringing prohibited items or substances
  • Creating disturbance or nuisance
  • Using hotel premises for illegal activities

6. Liability & Insurance

Arora Guest House shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to guest belongings
  • Personal injury or accidents on premises
  • Loss due to natural disasters or force majeure
  • Third-party services or arrangements

We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • We collect information necessary for providing services
  • Personal data is stored securely and confidentially
  • Information is not shared with third parties without consent
  • You have the right to access and correct your data

8. Service Quality & Complaints

Service Standards:
  • We strive to maintain high standards of service
  • Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens
  • Maintenance issues are addressed promptly
  • Staff is trained to provide courteous service
Complaints Procedure:
  • Report issues to front desk immediately
  • Complaints are investigated and resolved promptly
  • Serious complaints may result in compensation
  • Guest feedback helps us improve our services

9. Force Majeure

Arora Guest House shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
